Spice up that cauliflower with Gochujang! This makes a super tasty side dish to go with any protein or have it as a main with a refreshing slaw. Gochujang is a Korean fermented red pepper paste – sweet, savoury and slightly spicy, which you can buy at most Asian grocery stores.

Prep Time: 10min
Cooking Time: 50min
- 1 small to medium sized cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame paste (optional)
- chilli powder (optional)
Wash and dry the cauliflower.
Mix all sauce ingredients and spread over the cauliflower, sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake covered for 30-40min on 200 deg until tender, remove cover and bake for another 15min until brown on top
We ate the cauliflower with grilled trevally fillets, brown rice and a fresh asian inspired slaw.
